Is SiteSitter only for WordPress sites?
No. It works with any website — WordPress, Shopify, static sites, custom apps — anything with a URL. There's nothing to install on the site itself.
Which languages are reports available in?
English and Polish today, set per client. More European languages are on the roadmap, and early-access members help decide which come next.
Do my clients see the SiteSitter brand?
Not on paid plans. Reports are fully white-label, with your logo and your agency name instead of ours. As far as your client knows, the care comes from you — because it does.
What exactly does SiteSitter monitor?
Uptime (is the site reachable?), SSL certificate validity and expiry, and domain registration expiry. Together they catch both hard outages and the forgotten renewals that can quietly take a site offline for days.
Where is my data hosted?
